1948 Cadillac Deville

Illness forces sale. Must sell unfinished project. 1948 cadlliac convertible, new floors, and rocker panels. Body in good condition. 500 cu Caddy engine freshened up with 400 turbo New Edlebrok carb. and manifold. New timing chain and rebuilt distributor. All new brakes from the pedal out , lines, shoes, wheel cylinders dual master and booster. Power steering adapted to front stock independent suspension. 76 caddy rear end and balanced drive shaft. Tilt telescopic wheel. Power leather seat (almost flawless), rear seat needs to be fitted. Gas tank boiled out and resealed and all new lines.
The needs: all glass, convertible top also needs pistons (have 12 volt motor), complete exhaust system, new trunk floor(never got to it) ,paint and body work and chrome plating.
The outside moldings it what you see is what I have. I do have the skirts, and all the interior garnish moldings.
This car yard drives with temporary wiring.
New champion 3 core aluminum radiator with shroud and fan. Also have all of the rocker moldings.
All the hard work is done and we all know what the car is worth finished.
If this car was parted out it would add up to more than the starting price.
