1970 Chevrolet Monte Carlo

NO RESERVE!! Offered for sale is a solid, rust-free, strong running first year Monte. Lots of new stuff: Edelbrock carb, intake, valve covers, HEI ignition, slightly modified cam and lifters, windshield, rear bumper, upholstery, carpets, rear package tray and vinyl top still in the box. Features a very strong 400 small block engine with auto trans. Was getting ready to finish restoration three years ago but the project stalled when I traded a friend a paint job for a tow dolly. After spending way too many hours on prepping the car for paint, when it came out orange peeled, I gave up. So close and yet so far. I bought it as an abandoned father/son project. The new carpet (bought like all the soft parts from Bob's Chevelles) needs to be trimmed, the front seat belts bolted in place and a variety of other minor tinkery type things. Runs good, have all the trim that was removed for painting. Comes with the original jack, rally wheels and owner's manual. For Chevrolet purists, I have the original 2V Rochester carb, cam shaft, point-type distributor, intake manifold and valve covers.
