Description

1951 Chevrolet 3800 1-Ton Pickup. This massive 1 ton is a big-time head turner, not only for its size but for the accompanying beautiful new green paint job. The engine was professionally restored through Headquarters Machine & Restoration (MN). The truck features a stout I6 which doesn't seem like much, but will push you down the road with ease. Thew newly restored 9ft bed is sure to be the talk of your next local car show. This pickup was also known as the Thriftmaster and was the first truck series by Chevrolet after WWII. A fun fact is that from 1947-1955 these trucks were the number one in sales in the United States. If that doesn't scream America I don't know what does. Runs and sounds fantastic. Loaded with new parts including: New radiator, rebuilt horn assembly, new speedometer assembly, new heat core assembly. This truck will look great in your garage and even better on the road!
