Go toto view over 100 photos of the truck. This truck is selling with no reserve.
For Sale here I have a 1949 Chevrolet 3800 1 ton with a newer 235 engine and a Fulton sunvisor. The 3800 model has the same front clip as the 3100 and 3600 models so this truck could be built into a pickup on a different frame with a short bed. It has a clear and current Ks title that matches the plate inside the drivers door. Engine turns over by hand and I believe it would run with fresh gas and a battery.Carb and brake system will need redone to put on the road.Has very little rust in exterior body.Will need front floors and kick panels.The grille, both cowls and PS front fender are dented. The hood latch panel was removed by a previous owner but I have it and it seems to function fine. I can bolt it back on the truck before it leaves. The fuel tank has also been removed but comes with it. The truck is missing the hood side emblems, interior sun visors and ash tray. The window regulator on the DS has a make shift handle welded to it. The steel bed is 94 inches wide and does not have a hoist. The wood side boards on the bed can be removed if the buyer doesn't want them.The truck rolls, steers and tires hold air. This truck is located outside of Ottawa Kansas. There's a $500 non refundable PayPal deposit due within 48 hours of auctions end with full payment due in 7 days in cash or wire transfer. All good buyers welcome. Thanks for looking.
