Literally the only thing stock on this truck is the cab and frame. Info below.
HOOD-
Brand new 12 valve Cummins, this engine was sent to south worth in Eugene for machining. Has the 17.5:1 compression pistons.
Oregon fuel injection supplied a brand new injection pump along with 6 new injectors.
Turbo is a brand new HX 35
Triple layer aluminum radiator, with dual electric fans all on a relay for temp on/off.
Engine has manual fuel shut off for injection pump. Electric solenoid was deleted for simplicity.
Block heater plug in.
Stage 1 fuel plate has been installed.
Along with turning the star wheel about 10 clicks for snappy throttle.
Behind the cummins is a brand new Allison transmission. Model at 543. It has a transmission brake on it for heavy duty application parking brake.
Exhaust is four-inch to the bed, then 5 inch 7 ft tall stacks.
UNDER CARRIAGE-
Mid 90s E350 rear axle. 4.10 gears to handle the size of rolling stock.
Front axle is a 2000 Dodge 3500 straight axle, with disc brakes.
Drive line is set up with carrier bearing for heavy duty application.
Both front and rear axles have every part available at any auto parts store.
Front calipers have been replaced.
Brand new 19 1/2 inch Vision rims 8 lug.
Brand new heavy duty tires.
The whole truck has a small lift on it for clearance when towing.
Full brand new brake system including dual bowl power master cylinder.
Big fuel tank with electric fuel pump, pump is set on an adjustable pressure diaphragm.
INSIDE CAB-
Full new wiring harness.
Voltage reducer installed to run original gauges.
Wood floor installed on top of brand new sheet metal. Wood came out of an old panel van.
Shifter and gas pedal made of old chain.
ACCESSORY-
Front steel bumper made of 2 x 4 tubing with auxiliary lights.
Brand new flatbed with stained wood. Headache rack with auxiliary light on top.
Auxiliary lights in rear for back up and work, all lights on individual switches.
Train horn with three horns installed under driver side floor, Air tank under bed on passenger-side, operated by switched key ignition.
Two brand new red top Optima batteries under passenger side floor to handle cranking power.
Hella head lights.
LED tail lights for stop, turn and running.
New door gaskets.
Front and rear hitch receivers.
Front has winch power hookup.
This truck has about an hour of running time on it. Test drives have been completed but literally break in hasn’t happened yet. That’s how new everything is.
I designed and built this truck to be the absolute work horse that it can be. Being set up to tow a house but go a million miles. Any and all questions I will answer.
