Welcome to this sale of my stunning Chrysler 300c crd Auto **WITH TWO KEYS**Where do i start ?
Exterior
Original style wheels that were replaced under warranty a year or so before i bought this car , but they are starting to corrode again , as all this style wheels on 300c`s do
Tyres All legal but will require tyres soon as they are getting close to limits
Paintwork
Stunningly straight as an arrow as pics show apart from age related stone chips and a minor mark on the rear bumper under the number plate , done before i purchased the car , probably from a clumsy motorist equipped with a towbar !!
There are a couple stone chips in the windscreen but were not mentioned on last mot.usual age/ mileage related stone chips to paintwork
Front grill is of the mesh "Bentley" style type and also has a rare imported JENKS chrome grill surround ` the chrome that Chrysler forgot`, also has stainless pillar kit fitted and a full Chrysler chrome kit ( door handles,mirror backs )
Also fitted with imported full 4 door wind deflector kit (as can be seen in the pics )
The full exterior has been treated to a full body claybar treatment , and has been valeted with the best polishes and waxes that money can buy
Mechanicals.
Well what can we say about the Mercedes 3.0 diesel ???? smooth as silk,ultra reliable and quite reasonable on fuel given that this car weighs two tons !!
According to the history this car has had a new swirl motor,an alternator fitted not that many miles ago
Has some history but is not comprehensive
I fitted a KnN rechargable air filter when i last serviced it , meaning you never have to buy another !!! just take it out at service time , wash with white spirit and pop it back in.
New glow plugs also fitted about a thousand miles ago along with new cabin filter, oil change etc.
Gearbox has given no cause for concern, changing up and down smooth as silk, the kickdown giving you a bolt in the back just as it should
Steering Brakes and suspension
Had new front disks and pads not long before my purchase
Front suspension when i bought this car has a rumble or two so was fully rebuilt with..
New lower wishbones both sides
New upper wishbones both sides
New droplinks both sides
New anti-roll bar bushes both sides
It then had the castor, camber and tracking done
This work alone left me with a bill over a £1000 but now rides as sweet and tight as it left the factory
Rear suspension was checked at same time and is spot on
Interior
The interior of this car is in full electric memory grey leather with tortoise shell accents to the steering wheel and door cappings and is unmarked with no noticeable scuffs and has NO rips ,tears or heavy wear marks,everything works as it should apart from there is a bulb out behind one of the heater controls but never bothered me
The air con is ice cold , JUST RIGHT FOR THE FORTHCOMING SUMMER !!
Fitted is also the Premium Boston sound system ,which has to be heard to be believed,better than some house hold systems
Has Chrysler over mats fitted
As you can see from the pics the fuel gauge reads 3/4 full , yes , it really is !! so no fuel to be bought to get you home
**Sunday Junes 1st.the leather has been cleaned inside today and has been fed with beeswax to keep the leather nice and soft**
This car is not in use at the moment as i have bought its replacement
