1980 Datsun Z-Series

Soooo, I purchased this Z Nov. 2012 (without the wife’s knowledge) with the sole intention of swapping out the drivetrain. I was planning on doing a 2JZ BUT.somehow I wound up having a set of twins 6/13! After the wife finally found out I was relieved that I didn’t have to hide car anymore (damn storage fees) so I was mentally ready to start making moves but not quite financially ready. It was originally a California car then it was purchased by a guy in Ohio who totally stripped down the car to its bare metal. I will add the pics after this gets posted. It’s on my other PC. The car ran back in 2012, it did have an exhaust leak but I really couldn’t care being drivetrain was going to be swapped. I know it needed an ignition switch too. Unfortunately she has been sitting outdoors for the past 5 years which totally defeats the purpose of buying a car that has been stripped down and repainted but it is what it is. I had way more pressing things in my life to worry about. I would have sold it then but I was determined but to no avail nothing happened. The guy gave me a bunch of interior parts including gauge clusters and vents. Also body trim as seen in pics. Seats are pretty darn good with no rips. Has a dash cover on it that has a crack. I don’t know what original dash looks like. Wheels are excellent and tires have a lot of tread left. Good candidate for restoring or doing what I was going to do. There is no reserve and buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. Car has not run in over 5 years so advise shipping company vehicle does NOT run. I doubt battery is good although it’s been disconnected. Wife wants it out. PLEASE.scammers be advised I know the drillno over seas, no extra money yada yada yada!!
