1972 Datsun Z-Series 240z

Up for sale is a very original numbers matching 1972 Datsun 240z with 75,000 original miles, it was stored inside since 1992 and I am the second owner. The car has received a refresh, but many of the original components were in very good shape and left alone, the car still has its original steel rims and hubcaps. The car was found, and is still a very unmolested example of a classic z car. The body is in great shape, with the floors, frame, and battery tray all solid. The interior is mostly untouched and original, with the factory hitachi radio, all factory gauges, and factory steering wheel. The only changes to the interior was that the seats were newly reupholstered, as the old seats were worn out, new door weatherstripping, and new carpet. The car also has its original factory tool kit, jack, literature, and spare tire. The car starts easily and drives and stops great, with a numbers matching L24, new starter, and new fuel pump. The original paint code sticker is still visible and showing code 114 (brown metallic) which is what it was repainted to in order to preserve originality.
Overall, this a very nice example of an original 1972 Datsun 240z that would be a worthwhile investment to any collector or purist.
