Description

Hello I'm selling my 1953 Ford F100 truck. I don't know much about the truck other than what I see, as I took it in on trade for a 1932 Ford Tudor sedan I had, so I'll try to be as forthcoming as possible. Exterior: the paint looks to be a fire engine red-ish color. I am a painter by trade, but I didn't paint this vehicle. I would rate it an 8 foot paint job. It still looks good up close but as a painter I can tell all the flaws it has. The bed of the truck looks like they used pine for the floor. It's stained and coated. It's very basic. No tailgate. The engine compartment is very clean. The motor is a a Chevy 350 with I believe a 3 or 4 speed auto transmission. Both perform as they should with no issues. Gas tank is relocated underneath the truck instead of behind the seat. The truck starts up every time. Exhaust is new and sound badass!! The suspension in front is volare adjustable suspension with disc brakes. Rear suspension is flipped leaf springs so it sits very low to the ground and rides like a tank. Looks awesome!! Underneath the truck appears to be very very clean with no rust issues and if there were any it was taken care of. It's just so low to the ground I couldn't take any pics of it underneath. Wheels are 15" Ford steelies with beauty rings and moon caps wrapped in brand new cooper cobra radial gts. All rubber mouldings such as windows, doors, and door steps are new. Interior carpet is new, door panels and roof panel are new. All window glass is new. Seats are out of a 2002 Harley edition Ford F-150 and are manual now but can be converted to electric if wanted. The steering column is billet aluminum and dash is digital. The guys I got it from didn't exactly wire the dash correctly, So I would go over it. I do have the guide manual for the digital dash so I don't see it being very hard to do, I just don't have the time to do it. Overall the truck looks bad ass and is in very good condition for the year. There are tons of new parts that the truck has. This Is perfect as a daily cruiser as is or change a few things and make it your own. I'm only selling it because I don't give it the time it needs. Its just been sitting in my garage and I'm liquidating a lot of my stuff that I'm not using. Please serious bidders only. May consider a trade. Mainly looking for pre 65 impalas but let me know what you got. Ask any questions before bidding. Thanks for looking
