Up for sale is my cherished Ford Fiesta Style 1.25 petrol finished in metallic Oceanic blue with a comprehensive service history. I am very sad to be selling, but my work commute now means that I need a diesel. I searched for a long time and looked at a number of Fiestas to find an unmodified three door 1.25 petrol in nice condition. I wanted the 1.25 because it’s the cheapest Fiesta to insure and is the cheapest of the petrol models to tax with 12 months costing £130.
I am only the Xth owner of the car. I bought the car in a private sale from a lady who works at the council. This is not a thrashed boy racer car. I like to look after anything I own and have always had a seat cover fitted to the driver’s seat and won’t let anyone in the car with dirty work clothes. I have always made sure it’s washed and waxed regularly and correctly maintained – having recently fitted a new power steering pump, which is a common issue on these Fiestas.

23rd November 2013 45,505 miles
Tracking and balancing last done September 2013 when I had the black alloy wheels fitted. The car is booked in for an MOT on Tuesday 3rd June 2014, so will be sold with a fresh 12 months MOT.
Exterior: The metallic Oceanic blue paint is in really good condition, with just two issues worth mentioning. The first is a small vertical crack in the lower half of the front bumper which is about the length of a thumb nail. The crack is in the centre of the bumper but it's difficult to spot as the paint hasn’t been broken either side of the crack. The second is a small five pence coin sized dimple with hairline crack in the top of the rear bumper. I have photographed both of these issues.
Interior: Really nice condition. No tears or marks on the seats. The dashboard is unmarked. All the controls work as they should include the connection point which allows you to plug an iPod or other MP3 player into the stereo, providing you have the correct lead. I have both keys for the car including the one which operates the remote central locking.
Tyres: All in good condition and have around 3.5 mm of tread left. I have fitted a set of five spoke Ronal alloy wheels finished in matt black which really suit the car. These alloy wheels were I think a Ford option on certain models and are exactly the same size as the original steel wheels. The alloy wheels are secured with original Ford locking wheel nuts. The spare is brand new and I also have another brand new Toyo Proxe tyre in the garage which I will include with the car.
The car is currently on a private plate which is not included in the sale. Viewings are welcome. Proof of insurance will be required before I can allow anyone to test drive the car. The car is located in Penwortham, Preston, Lancashire. Thanks for your time, John 07946 890531.
