1973 Ford Mustang Mach 1
Up for bids or buy it now is this 1973 Ford Mustang Mach 1. This well equipped Mustang was part of a collection of cars recently disbursed from a collection and sadly with two Mustangs in my stable already, I lack the room to keep this steed.
She is a true Mach 1 with a Deluxe Marti report proving it's pedigree included in the sale. The Mustang is equipped with a strong 351C (Cleveland) engine backed by a reliable C6 automatic transmission. Also well equipped with power steering, power brakes, and air conditioning! But the one that stands out above all is it has factory RAM AIR! The set up is intact and complete on this car. Also has a clock, aftermarket radio, and many aftermarket gauges including tachometer.
The minuses on this car is it is not the factory colors inside or out. It began life as a red car with white interior. There are blemishes on the paint and some body details that need to be ironed out . The air conditioning does not currently work and belt has been taken off but not sure of the issue. The factory steering wheel was replaced by an aftermarket one and the front seats are not original either. The wheels are also aftermarket but I think they do look cool on the car. The interior is in need of some overhauling and some serious cleaning. It needs a new headliner which is included with the sale as it was in the trunk when I acquired the car. It is brand new in the box.
The plusses are many. This is a good solid Mustang that looks good going down the road as it sits. The 351C fires right up and you can feel the power as it rumbles through the dual exhaust. The transmission shifts well. She is ready for a new permanent home with someone to take her across the finish line. It won't take much to have a stunner of a car ready for next season.
The car is also listed for sale locally so could be sold at anytime. I will also accept offers here to buy it as well.
A non refundable deposit of $200.00 is due within 24 hours of the auction's end. The rest of the payment can be bank wire, certified bank check, personal check, or cash. However any funds MUST CLEAR before the car and title are released to you or your transporter. I will NOT arrange shipping but will work with a transporter of YOUR choice to arrange pick up times and such.
