Description
1967 Mustang Fastback.
I bought this car in 2003 from a deceased estate.
The car had been media blasted and not yet primered.
After my purchase the car sat in my yard with several others for about 6 months.it looks not so good but it is in fact excellent.
I sold almost all of the parts off of the car including the roofto a guy in Sweeden who wanted to convert his fathers coupe into a Fastback.
The car has an amazing undercarriage, there is no rust in the rails, rockers or torque boxes. The undercarriage is crisp and nice.
There may need to be a couple of floor pans replaced but that cannot be determined untill the car has been re blasted by the new owner.
This is a very very solid California car.
The battery tray needs to be replaced.
The cowl is excellent.
This car is a perfect candidate to have a Dynacorn reproduction Fastback roof structure fitted to it and put back together as a Fastback.
The color is a very pretty and stylish Burnt Amber with a black interior.
I have had this stored for 14 and a half years together with 5 other worthwhile bodies.
I am offering this body together with a California clear Title with the Original Vin stampings that are still on the car. I used acid and a wire brush on a drill to make the Vins visible as can be seen in the photos.
There are some of the original Fastback rear seat brackets still in place and a few missing alsowhich i used on other cars some years ago.
If the new owner needs the body to roll and steer for transport to out of state or country then i can fit an 8 inch under it and some used suspension and steering for $900 more.
I can arrange delivery to the Los Angeles area for $250.
The car is in my storage in Victorville California.
Bid to buy.
Thankyou.
