Description
For sale is my Ford Sierra 2.8i XR4X4,
a good original example, MOT, 6 Months Road Tax
needs a little bit of TLC but a lot of work has been done.
The bad bits,
Rust spots on front of bonnet as shown in pic.
A dent in the rear passenger door as shown in pic ( Brand new replacement door supplied. )
Will need front exhaust down pipes replacing soon. ( approx £22 each on ebay )
Strut top bearings need replacing ( approx. £ 20 pair )
Wire for fuel gauge needs reconnecting
Good points;
MOT until 25/07/14 ( I might put it through full MOT if sold at the right price ) 6 Months Road Tax
Brand new brake discs and pads
Brand new tyres all round.
New Battery.
New fuel tank, fuel pump, filter and copper fuel lines.
Solid underneath.
Re-built gearbox, new mounting, new clutch.
Good original interior with no rips, cracks or sagging.
All old MOT's and tax discs, Full service records from new, invoices etc.
Engine runs really well with no smoke or knocks.
Good classic every day runner that puts a smile on your face
No leaks in sunroof.
All electrics, front windows, mirrors, c/locking etc working.
Serviced regularly, last three owners were mechanical enthusiasts who took great pride in the car.
Good solid car for it's age but remember it will require some minor TLC as it is 26 years old.
the rear door was damaged whilst parked in my driveway one night so purchased proper paint ( over £300 ) to paint bonnet and new door, there is enough for full re-spray if buyer decides to do this and this will be supplied with the car as well as the door.
