1939 Ford Woody Wagon

A former Florida car, this is easily one of nicest woody wagons you willever see. This desirable early V8 Ford was treated to a professionallynut & bolt body-off restoration to high quality standards. In factthe quality of the car drew an invitation for it to participate on theshow field at the 2018 Cobble Beach Concours D’Elegance. It is poweredby a 221 Flathead V8 backed by a 3 speed manual transmission withoverdrive. The car starts easily and idles smoothly. The transmissionshifts with ease and this 39 Ford stops and steers just as it should. An8 passenger car with new interior, it is also equipped with a factoryradio, factory clock and banjo steering wheel. The exterior features avintage roof rack, dual spotlights, optional “spider” hubcaps, widewhitewall tires and dual exhaust with chrome tips. The sheet metal issolid and the detailed and painted chassis is as well. The wood fitstightly and has been properly refinished.
