Description

Hurts to sell, plenty of passion pored into this quick ute, not to mention $$$. The car has not been street driven much at all in the past 6 years. She sleeps in the shed until race days at the local drag strip, driven to track and raced on Micky Thompson Radial rear tires ( car comes with spare wheels and race tires x 2 ), she was registered until recently. The rear tires and X3 Flashtune are all that are required to be changed on race days in order to transform this true street sleeper into a very competitive Drag Racing Bracket Car.The car runs consistent low 11 second drag strip passes at 120 mph on the street radials, and could easily propel into the 10 second bracket with addition of full racing slicks and front runner tires. Mainline Dyno rated power at the rear tires is in excess of 400 kilowatts utilizing V8 Super Cars "Sucrogen-E85 race fuel" ( car comes with 30 litres in fuel containers) , while the BP Ultimate 98 ron pump fuel tune is safe at around the 360 kilowatt mark. NO TEST PILOTS, car comes with BP ultimate in tank, X3 Flash tuner unit with tunes installed. Tough engine built by Brad and the team at Atomic.
Upgrade intake side of engine:
Process West intake manifold and largest available high flow air to air inter cooler, tapered tank style with 3" ports as most commonly utilized in this type of street stip application.
Rear tray mount 40 liter fuel cell, feeds two Bosch 044 fuel pumps into 12mm braided Teflon fuel line, via Aeroflo fuel rail bypass regulator into 880cc injectors.
The flowed Garrett 35/40 factory turbo draws air a very short distance via a large K&N (4" outlet) pod type air filter in original battery location ( battery relocated in rear of vehicle tray with fuel cell).
Exhaust exits the engine via 4" dump pipe into twin actualized 2 1/2 " Stainless Steel system through high flow hot dog and muffler, great flowing exhaust system, quiet tested on Dyno with catalytic converter removed, power increase was a slight 5 kilowatts.
Transmission:
Bert Kewish Automotive built, 3400 rpm of boost torque converter, cooled by largest PWR cooler and even larger after market USA built truck cooler, both coolers run fans x 3 control transmission temp under sever pre-race tyre staging burnout and 1/4 mile passes efficiently and effectively.
BigFPV brakes fitted front and rear, with the rear sporting high temp red brake pads, good combination for staging car.
Two sets of Wheels come with the car, Twist and FG GT original 5 X almost full tread Eagle F1 Asemetrical 245/35 R19 93Y SO8L tires for use on the front and 70% tread average tyres for the rear wheels. Rear end is set up with Eaton True Track Differential I will have overlooked other fantastic features of this clean tidy car,( such as LED lights, FPV steering wheel etc ) best come check it out for your self.
