Jaguar xj8 3.2

This car has a head gasket/s blown. I bought it recently on ebay with the intention of repairing it myself. I have had second thoughts now as I have realised the job is probably more complicated than I first thought. When I bought it the motor wasn't running but it is now and it sounds ok, gearbox works, brakes stop etc. There is water in the oil due to the gasket problem which came about due to the plastic header tank splitting on the seam. There is full service history right up to the mileage that is on the car now and all books are present and up to date. There is an extensive service sheet with the car and it looks like it has had cam chain tensioners done along with a few other mods. The start price is the reserve so if you bid and you're the only one you will own it. Please don't ask for a buy it now price, if there was one it would be on the listing, this is an auction.
