2000 LAND ROVER DISCOVERY TD5 ES BLUE

LandRover Discovery 2.5 ES Turbo Diesel MANUAL. 138,000 something miles, Dark Metallic Blue, MOT Till August, TAX till October, Electric leather seats, twin electric sunroofs, climate control, alloys, 7 seats, premium sound system, tow bar, rear step, upgrade alloys. Car has just had new head gasket and head has been pressure tested and skimmed. Engine wont start, no idea why. Something to do with fuel system, it had been sitting for about 6-8 weeks whilst head was being done, all got put back together, started, ran for 4-5 minutes no problem, then cut out. Flattened the battery trying to get it started again. Bought new battery, purged the system, started again for 4-5 minutes, then cut out. Now cant get it started. Probably something simple but i have had enough of it now, moving house in 3 weeks and cant be doing with any more time spent trying to work out what is going on with this.
