Thisparticular Lincoln Continental Mark IV is wonderful car to see inperson. Cartier Silver paint over a sumptuous burgundy leather interiorwith a silver vinyl top that is in excellent condition. It really is the bestcolor combo you can get on this vehicle. A Cartier branded clock sitsdirectly in front of the driver. The rear "opera" windows receivespecial gold inset "Cartier" insignias as well. Please review all pictures.
This car is a smooth running 460 cubicinch engine paired with a solid shifting automatic transmission withonly 37,924 miles. All maintenance on this car is done by a professionalauto mechanic. This car also comes with a detailed written appraisal .
Thisvehicle was made in the Ford Motor Co. Wixom, Michigan Plant and was only owned by one person from Windsor, Ontario. The car is stored in Windsor, Ontario across the river from Detroit Michigan.The car has been owned by one person for 43 years a lady from Windsor, Ontario and NOTE: the title for this car is clean and titled in Windsor, Ontario Canada.The car can be driven from Windsor, Ontario to Michigan for shipping to U.S buyer.
Thetires are new and the battery is three years old. It has a new radiatorcore. No rust bubbles exist around top or anyseams or trim. The car does have only a few very small nicks in thepaint, not bad for a car that is 43 years old.
The heater wasdisconnected because the car was never driver in the winter so the heaterwas never used and it developed a small leak in the core. The mechanicdisconnected the heater with a bi pass hose. The A/C was converted overto 134A and blows cold air. The car does not burn any oil. Thecondition on the front and back seats are like new and has NO damage. The conditionof the engine belts and hoses are all good.
Thepower accessories like thedriver and passenger power windows and seats work. The clock workssometimes and was told it my need to be removed and cleaned. The backseat powerwindow on the driver side does not work, the owner had a new motorinstalled but stopped working after a year. Her mechanic said, the wireon the motor may have fell off. It was never looked at by the mechanicfor the wire or fixed.
The power antenna works and the FM / AM radio works as well as the power trunk.
Power brakes work great and bring the car to a solid haltwith no drama or pulling of any kind. The power steering feel is classicAmerican luxury as well as the smooth ride and comfortable seats. Has a full spare tire and one extra tire.Thevacuum operated headlamp doors work as well as doorlocks and curies control all work. The car was NEVER driven in the snowor bad weather and storage in garage and the car has never been in an accident. Sell this car in as is condition. NO trades of any kind.
