Up for sale is a 1973 Mercury Comet.
The original owner drove this car up until March of 2018 when he passed away. The car sat until December and recently had brake lines flushed, new brakes, new battery and new carburetor installed. The car runs and drives and has under 72000 original miles on a straight 6cly engine.
The car has great original interior seats. The front seats have three small rips and it needs a new headliner but interior is in overall great condition. The car needs some minor body work and paint to be perfect. It also needs a drivers side front floor panel. All trim is present and in good condition. The car has all four original wheel hubcaps. One of the hubcaps is missing the centerpiece.
The car also has heat and AC that works very well.
This is a great base to make a hotrod or just gas up and cruise it as it is.
The car is sold as a used vehicle without an expressed or implied warranty. At auction closing, Winning bidder must submit a non refundable deposit amount through PayPal and pay full balance when picking up the car.
Title transfer, and any fees associated with pickup transportation of vehicle are the responsibility of the buyer. Car title must be transferred to new owner first before car is allowed to leave the premises.
