Description
1978 Mercury Grand Marquis in very clean condition. Smooth running 460 V8, automatic shifts well.
Power windows, doors locks, power antenna, power drivers seats all work well. Radio works. All the glass is good on the car. A/C is R-12 and works great, blows ice cold.
Engine is very clean and has the original stickers and stampings on it. Rebuilt carb dialed in perfectly. Last year for the 460 V8
Interior is excellent with no signs of wear on the seats or carpet. Vinyl top is excellent with NO rust underneath, this is a Seattle car so no rust with the exception of a few stone chips on the lower passenger side fender/door. Rock solid floors, frame, no rust in the trunk or anywhere on the car. No accidents. Dash pad is excellent and no cracks. All the trim is on the car in good shape. Paint is good overall, some water spotting on the single-stage metallic that can be buffed out. One scrape along the lower drivers rear quarter and a few door dings.
Newer tires, brakes, shocks, tune up, all fluids changed, new belts, hoses, fully serviced and ready for any road trip. Suspension/steering is tight. Starts right up, no smoke runs strong, no leaks. Headlight doors are functional.
Car is located in Seattle. Deposit of $500 due with in 48 hours. I can help with auto shipping at buyers expense.
