*Update June: Spent a little time working on the engine and found 2 leads were faulty. Have replaced these and the engine now purrs, however it still produces white smoke when revved.
This was my once much loved 1965 Mini Morris Deluxe with 1150cc engine. I spent 4 ½ years restoring it into an awesome award winning mini. Was first registered in 2002. My interests later changed and this car has sat in my garage since early 2009. It won two awards at the Brisbane Mini Muster being Best Round Nose Mini, and Best Modified Round Nose Mini. Here is your chance to acquire a great show car. At least $10000 was spent on restoring this vehicle.

As far as I know these are what will need attention.
Engine tends to blow white smoke when revved. Don’t know why but probably needs a decent tuning or it may be a blown head gasket? The metallic red paintwork is reasonably good but the roof and bonnet were resprayed and don’t quite match due to fading of the original paint. There are some bubbles, scratches and chips. Temperature gauge brokenFuel gauge reads ¼ full when emptyHorn wire leading to centre steering wheel button brokenRubber steering bushes disintegratedHydrolastic suspension has dropped and will need pumping up.Rust hole on passenger side footwell. Approximately 14cm x 6cmFoam air filter missingNeeds new batteryPositive battery terminal needs replacing

Also for auction will be the personalized number plates "65BMC" that were on the car. A great match for "1965 British Motoring Corporation" in maroon and gold.
Payment must be received in full before vehicle is released. Pay by either Paypal, cash or bank transfer.
