Description

I'm selling my 1968 Barracuda convertible as is. It is a good driver and has current PA inspection.
Drive train - It is equipped with a 1971 360 2bbl. engine and a 904 transmission.
The 1971 360 boasted 255 hp @ 4400 rpm, similar to the 340 of 1968 and 360 ft lbs of torque at 2400 rpm. The engine is equipped with headers and an Edlebrock 4 bbl intake and AFB type carb which leads down to a stock style dual exhaust with factory exhaust tips. It has an 8 3/4 open rear, but I will include a 3:91 posi pumpkin and has "new" heavy duty rear springs.

Interior - I have redone the interior with a new carpet and Legendary seat covers and side panels. Also I've installed a new chromed dash panel. I had intended to swap the shifter to a floor shifter and will include the shifter, floor mount and a console in the sale.

Exterior - The wheels are "new" Cragar SS small bolt wheels 15 x 6 & 15 x 8. The front tires are new and the rear tires are 275-75-15's in the. Also, included are the new chrome door handles and bumpers.
The body has the usual A-body problems such as rear quarters and trunk extensions and the rear valance will need some attention. The trunk well has a few pin holes. The front driver fender has the start of a hole on the top side. Hey it needs to be redone. It is in overall good shape for a 51 year old car.
Even with that it still looks pretty good and could be your cruiser this summer as you fix it up
Oh yes, the top needs to be replaced ASAP. The top mechanism worked at the end of last summer, but was running slow.
Please ask questions before bidding, I will answer questions when asked and I believe I've described the car pretty well
