1976 PONTIAC FIREBIRD TRANS AM
This car was just finished, it was an on going project. The car was torn down to basically the bare body, then painted and put back together. All the weather moldings are new. The interior is in excellent condition; new carpet, front & rear seats, headliner, rear panels and console.
The car is a factory 4 speed, but the motor and transmission are from a different car. It does have a 400 engine with some bolt on performance parts.
The front end is pretty much all new. It has 3 piece rotors, 6 piston front brakes, upper & lowers tubular A arms and adjustable coil overs. The front is also all ccp parts.
The rear end has been changed to 4 piston disc brakes and has 373 gears and QA1 rear shocks. The rear has been lowered 2' and new leaf springs have been installed. There is new exhaust.
The front & rear bumpers were changed to new fiberglass bumpers.
The wheels and tires are new, as well.
The car sounds great.
I am sure I am forgetting a lot of other things that have been done to this car. There has been many hours and much money put into it. The reserve I have it set at is the for the amount of money I have in parts. Not counting the time it took to put this car back together or the body work and paint. This is a great deal for the money invested. I have several other projects I have to get done, otherwise, I would not be selling.
