1980 Pontiac Firebird

Here is a very fine example of a 1980 Pontiac Firebird that I just finished a restoration on a rust free body. The car sold new at McNamara Pontiac in Orlando and spent its whole life in central Florida. This car retains all its original sheet metal quarters, rockers,floors, trunk. This firebird was so clean I went ahead and installed all of the Trans am components . I started by adding the posi rear with the factory 241 gear and sway bars. The sub frame bushings are new as well as the complete front end center link,pitman arm,upper and lower control arm bushings,springs,shocks, every piece of the front end is new and nicely detailed. Brakes are all new, This car has a 1972 Pontiac 350 motor that runs extremely well topped with a rebuild 4V. I installed a 4 core aluminum radiator that keeps the car running a cool 160 degrees and will set and idle all day without any issues. All electrical systems work even the clock,tack,all dash lights,interior lights,lighter, even those annoying seatbelt and key buzzers work. The car has a beautiful carmine red interior that even smells new every piece of the interior is new from the headiner to the carpet and everything in between. The engine turned dash panel is brilliant and fresh (original not after market) All rubber seals are new, The windshield and both side glass are new and scratch free and I replaced the window felts to keep them nice. The silver exterior is very sharp and really pops with the red interior and all new decals with red silver and black really accents the car nicely. Zero miles on the new BF GOODRICH TA RADIALS. Every piece of this car is either new or rebuilt. If you are looking for a show winning car that you or your wife can drive anywhere in the comfort of A/C and reliably this could be the car for you.
