This car is a true TIME Capsule!
Irish Green with Tan interior (Cordurory Seat Inserts)
Original Owner died in 1981 and his mother put the car in her garage and would NOT allow anyone to drive it. The registration was renewed for a few years, however the mother would not allow anyone to drive the car.
The car was removed from the garage in April of 2018.
Engine has been serviced, Carburators Rebuilt, Fuel Pump Rebuilt, Fuel Lines replaced, Fuel Tank replaced, Battery replaced, Brakes Bleed.
The car starts up immediately and runs well.
Clutch, Transmission, Brakes, Electrical System are all working well.
I have confirmed that the car DOES have its original engine and transmission
The Paint color, Carpets and Upholstery are original.
The light Tan Cordurory seat inserts clearly look like a 47k mile example should!
The Fuchs wheels were put on the car around 1972 and the car was repainted once - the paint is cracking on the roof and could be refreshed in spots or the entire car repainted as part of a restoration.
