Description

1967 ford 427 SC Cobra kit car (body by shell valley cobra). Frame is NHRA inspected to 7. 50 in spring of 2013 inspection was good for 3-years. Motor has over $20K. Car has not been driven or raced with current motor (no runs).
• Chris Alston roadster chassis (mild steel frame) Needs Repair
• tubular front control arms w/coil overs
• Aerospace 4-wheel disc brakes
• TCI dedenbear cased 2-speed powerglide with 8’ TCI torque converter (w/ability to choose either manual shift or rpm chip electric shift)
• S&W driveshaft, 4-link rear suspension
• Ford 9" reinforced rear end w/35 spline race axles and Greg Moser aluminum center section 3:89 gears with spool.
• Wishbone style panhard bar. wheelie bars.
• Custom wheel base originally 92", now is 105/106" for stability
• Custom 540 ci standard bore dart block. nbsp;
• Dart aluminum heads - 345 ported
• 15 to 1 JE nitrous pistons. C
• Custom grind roller cam 280/290 @. 050 and . 860 lift (belt driven)
• T&D shaft mount rockers
• Scat rods upgraded to better rod bolts
• Lunati crankshaft - balanced. nbsp;
• Moroso wet sump oil pan with kickout
• Mini starter.
• Moroso vacumn pump
• Pro-filer 4500 aluminum intake ported
• Pro system 4500 1150 dominator carb
• MSD distributor w/MSD 8 ignition. just redone.
• Custom Exhaust 2. 25-2 3/8 w/stepped full race tubular headers
• Muffler assembly, also have short pipes to open, all have (older) ceramic coating over $3K invested
NOTE; car is setup for nitrous. not selling nitrous system with car.
