1979 Volkswagen Beetle-Classic

Hello and thanks for looking.Up for sale is a 1979 VW Beetle Convertible! Beautiful Car! Believed to be a SUPER BEETLE. Very well kept. Owner is selling due to limited garage space. The Bug is located in Key West Florida and has always been garage kept. As you can see by the pictures this is a really clean VW convertible. It drives really nice and tight. The engine starts right up no smoke, no noises, no issues.The paint is really nice and has a great finish. It was repainted in 2016. It had a complete frame off restoration in 2016 where it was bead blasted, all areas fixed on the car, the frame was blasted and repainted, and new floor boards were properly installed and welded in. A new crate Motor was installed by Shifting Gears in Key West at that time. The convertible top was replaced in 2016. The top metal frame was replaced in 2016. The interior is nearly perfect. The radio is newer style. The tires may have 1000 miles on them. The Convertible boot comes with the car.
This Beetle/Bug would make a nice driver for anyone looking to get into a bug convertible. Get in, turn the key and go!!! the owner is motivated to sell.
The only bad that I can find on the car is the small areas of rust that apparently is starting to come through in a couple of places. The spots are pictured. They are the only spots I can see. Some of the chrome is pitting slightly but still very presentable. Mechanically this car is a gem.
