==================================
I'm selling my beloved 1955 Chevy Belair Sedan!
It drives absolutely beautiful. I even do use this Belair for my errands like people in '50s used to do. I always get thumbs-up and smile wherever I go.
I got this beautiful car from the dealership in 2015 and during my ownership, I cherished, enjoyed it very much and did following jobs at local expert to keep it running on the road. I have bills over $6,000 and there are some older bills since '81.
-Seat belts(Front and Rear) - I was enjoying it with young kids! They love it!!!
-Transmission overhauled
-Front end(New upper+lower ball joints&control arm bushing kits,New wheel bearings&shocks etc) overhauled
-Newly recommissioned Starter installed
-New Spark plugs
-New Firestone White wall tyres (less than 100miles!!! Wheels aligned)
Always garaged inside, adult owned and never abused.
Car won "Best Stock '55" at the Tri-Chevy meeting of Lead-East 2015.
Current odometer reading, approx.45,800miles(Mileage exempt in title, it was so from previous title) and it goes up as I'm still enjoying it.
What I know of not-functionning,
-Heater
-Radio
-Dome light
-Clock moves, but, does not keep time
-Rear Right door lock could use maintenance
Clear NJ title on my name in hand.
Comes with owner's manual and shop maintenance manual(repro).
1955 Bel Air is my dream car since my childhood and I've been very grateful for owning this American legacy out of most iconic era of American car history. I was dreaming of making Route 66 trip one day, but, due to upcoming personal cirmcumstances, I decided to sell it.

History of the 1955 Chevy Bel Air
The Chevrolet Bel Air was a full-size automobile that was produced by the Chevrolet division of General Motors for the 1950–1975 model years.
For 1955, Chevrolet's full-size model received all new styling and power. It was called the "Hot One" in GM's advertising campaign. Chevrolet's styling was crisp, clean and incorporated a Ferrari-inspired grille. Bel Airs came with features found on cars in the lower models ranges plus interior carpet, chrome headliner bands on hardtops, chrome spears on front fenders, stainless steel window moldings, and full wheel covers. Models were further distinguished by the Bel Air name script in gold lettering later in the year.
