Stealthy high compression small block, with angle milled heads and just a little chrome on top. Healthy cam and hogged-out heads, new custom built E-85 carb, fed by an Aeromotive electric pump from a nice new 20 gallon aluminum cell.
The Powerglide gets things rolling with a big-stall, quick off the line at the track, or a burnout machine on the street! New B & M ratchet shifter with 2 gears: fast and faster!

Tricked-out suspension with a great stance, this Bee is ready to rumble!

Interior is very comfy, with a bench seat and a roll bar hoop and new carpet.
You won't be disappointed with this Bad Bee, it looks sharp and sounds great with new Flowmaster exhaust all the way out the back. New street tires on the old Crager wheels adds to the nostalgia. This beast is ready to rock!


12 bolt rear end with an aluminum driveshaft and 5/8" wheel studs keeps everything turning fast and strong!

Some history on the “Honey Bee”…

This car has been owned by 2 families since built nearly 50 years ago. My father raced this car with his friend in the early 70’s. They won lots of ¼ mile races with the Honey Bee. My father sold the Honey Bee to his race buddy in the early 80’s and they continued to upgrade and race the Honey Bee. I bought Honey Bee back a few years back to get the car back in the family. We know the entire history of the car, it has been parked and stored inside its ENTIRE LIFE. And of course was stored every winter!

This car is extremely solid. See the photos of the underside. All floorboards, body panels, etc. are solid metal. You can polish the underside! See the photos and judge for yourself.

This is a nostalgic racecar. You can take it to a car show, you can take it to the track. It’s not a mall cruiser. It’s a fire breathing old school dragon!

Honey Bee won 3rdplace Peoples Choice at a car show a few weeks ago. It’s got it, has always had it.

Honey Bee has many new parts, professionally installed and set up. Including:

While the Honey Bee has been driven on the street, it’s really set up for racing. Buyer should plan to pick up the Honey Bee with a car hauler/trailer for any journey of length. I can deliver the Honey Bee to locations 125 miles from Minneapolis, Minnesota for $2.00 per mile.

Down payment of $1,000 due within 48 hours of auction end (PayPal accepted). Balance of final price due within 7 days of auction end (cash or cashiers check). Notes on Photos:

These photos were taken within the last two weeks. Except the outside photos where the Honey Bee has stickers in the front windshield. Those are from a few years ago, the stickers on the front windshield are removed. In those photos, it also shows race slicks (now gone) and painted drums (front now replaced to Disc set up). Stickers on the side windows remain.
