1968 Fiat 850 Spider

I have for sale this 1968 Fiat 850 Spider! It is powered by a 903cc 4 cylinder gas engine that produces a little over 50hp. It's certainly not very fast, but awesome to drive. It has a 4-speed manual transmission that shifts smooth. The engine has recently (under 500 miles) undergone a complete rebuild with over $3000 spent. It has a spare tire, jack, tool kit, photos from 1987, documents from 1987 in Cali with Cali plate on it, owners manual packet. I have pics of all of this stuff. The interior is in excellent shape and very stylish. These cars are pretty rare these days, most of them rusted away. This one is a California car and spent some time in New Mexico too. It is now here in Texas and believed to be on it's third owner. I have a box full of receipts, shop manuals, catalogs and a few spare parts for the car too. It is a great driver. I just drove the car 170 miles through Texas last weekend without any breakdowns or problems. It's also amazingly good on fuel as you can imagine. Minimal surface rust underneath, solid and original panels and a new top are part of the many highlights on this one. The paint isn't a 10 out of 10 show quality paint job, but it looks awesome. I would say a 7 out of 10 at least. There are no mechanical problems with the car whatsoever, apart from the RPM gauge, which I'm going to work on fixing before it sells. This is an excellent car and definitely one of the last affordable classic Italian sports cars. Buy it now as prices have been going up quickly! Any information or pictures, feel free to inquire.
