2006 Fiat Punto Sport Manual 1.9JTD

Sadly I am selling the first ever car I purchased new, my 2006 Fiat Punto Sport. The car has always been a fantastic driving car, putting a smile on my face each day with its quirky character. The engine torque is surprisingly powerful providing a nippy ride, with sports suspension providing the perfect handling for fun cornering roads.Unfortunately there is something wrong with the car at present which has driven my decision to sell. I have also purchased a new car and so don't see the point in having the Fiat sit around all day gathering dust. The car starts fine and in first gear moves along as normal, however when you pick up the speed and move into gear 2 or above the car does not drive smoothly. There is a vibration sound (almost like a hiss) coming from the bonnet under acceleration. Selling cheap, the car is perfect for someone looking for a project or a cheap first car that will be a bit of fun to drive!Apart from the above, the car presents in a reasonable condition. The interior is clean and presentable for its age, only a few wear marks really on the radio head unit. The exterior has the normal scratches here and there from carparks etc but nothing too noticeable. The front bumper does have a small crack (see photo) which was caused from a tow cable tensioning in the wrong place and not an accident. The windscreen also has a crack in it, its been there a few years and I've always been able to get my pink slip fine (although it may have been my mechanic being nice).The car was last serviced mid 2014 and to be honest has not been driven much since then on account of the new car. It has a brand new clutch system which was installed in August 2015 at a cost of $4,000! more than I'm actually asking for the car. That was a bit of a sting to the wallet which is why I have decided to sell as is rather than fix myself.I'd love to see it go to someone who wants to fix it up a bit and bring it back to its former glory. It really has been a fantastic car, so much fun to drive in any condition. I will be sad to see it go but as my friends tell me, its time to move on and enjoy the new one!If you have any further questions re the issue please give me a call and I will explain.
