Description

1967 USA Ford Falcon Sports Coupe - 289 V8 – 3-Speed Auto

None paying bidder ended last Auction!!! Lots of interests in this last time, get in early if your keen it will go to highest bidder. You wouldn’t get a local 4-door in this shape for this money, solid investment and very cool. No trades or swaps sorry people Sale Only.
Neat and tidy smooth running example of the USA only built Classic 67 Falcon Sport Coupe. This two-door has been well looked after over the years to maintain it to what it is today. Consider this is coupe is some 47 years after its factory delivery.
Stock standard Ford 289 V8 without any aftermarket modifications, plain Jane, and stock as a rock. It still has the factory smog control equipment in place on the motor. All the standard time period correct equipment throughout the entire drive train. Standard cast iron inlet and outlet manifold, air cleaner and single exhaust system. The rear end is an open ford 8" ¾, which matches up with the factory original 3-speed cruise-automatic transmission.
Interior: Everything works on the car as it should, the only thing to note the original radio has been replaced. The seats are in good condition and show very few signs of wear and tear. The door panels are straight and fit as the originals would; some of the arm rest are damaged. The headliner looks great and the dash looks mostly immaculate. The weather stripping appears to be in good condition and it has new main window felts and rubbers fitted. It has a cheap roll cage installed that can be easy removed with only a few small holes to show.
Body: The door panels are straight and fit as the originals would. The paint is reasonable quality and shows a great gloss, I’d only rate it around 6-7/10. The paints OK just a few signs of poor prep-work you can see thru the paint. So there are a few blemishes in the paint, no bubbles this is one of the better paint jobs. (Un-polished to date). The chrome bumpers and bright work are in great condition the bumpers are in great condition! Rust; all of the common places appear to be free from rust. The entire underside is solid with all original panels intact without any signs of repair.
Rims & Tyres: The coupe has had some later model steel black mags and low profile tries fitted that gives it a tough low look. Tiers are brand new with perfect tread all around, BF-Goodrich G-Force Sports – 215 / 50 R 15 88V.
The vehicle comes with disk brakes on the front end and drums on the rear, and also fitted with booster (power assistance). Also has power steering that has no signs of any ware and tear. Vehicle drivers great for a Muscle Car Classic from the sixties.
This coupe is in good condition for having spent 47 years on this planet, and fairy priced for fast sale. Vehicle is sold in, “as is condition”, No Warranty given or Implied. More than happy to answer any genuine questions about the car just send an email I’ll reply and pass on contact details. The vehicle is for sale locally and can be removed at any time. I’m not looking for any trades or swaps sorry people Sale Only.
