1990 Ford Escort RS Turbo Series 2
100's of hours of work and 1000's of pounds spent.
Engine: completely rebuilt 3000 miles ago reground crank with heavy duty shells, new mahle pistons, Kent 31 camshaft kit, with vernier pulley.
New oil and water pump etc Cylinder head has big valves, has been ported properly and polished perfectly to match manifolds. (pictures to prove all) new Bosch fuel injectors, turbo tecknics turbo with 360 degree bearing. Currently running at half a bar boost and has been since the rebuild. Now runnin castrol edge 10w 60.
Gearbox perfect, reconditioned 5ish years ago. New steering rack etc
New brakes all round: discs pads calipers cylinders shoes hoses. The interior has been removed and the floor hammerited waxoiled sills roof a n' b pillers boot lid etc
