F-250 Camper Special-Ranger Pkg.
Up for grabs is a fully loaded, classic full-size Ford Truck. This is a bone stock, mint condition pickup, built in the San Jose California plant and sold through a Los Angeles dealership. This truck has been in Southern California all of its life and still has both of the original-issue, Black and Yellow classic license plates.
If you ordered this truck brand new in 1971, you couldn't have added another option on top of what this truck already has. Power Steering, Power Brakes, Factory AC, 390-V8 Big Block, Camper Special with the Ranger Package! If you're looking for a clean, rust-free classic full size truck that is easy to drive. here it is.
This truck has 136,000 original miles and less than 10,000 on the rebuild of the engine and transmission. It runs super strong and will haul just about anything you can imagine. Shifts firmly through all gears and sounds awesome with the dual exhaust and glass-packs. Starts right up from dead-cold, drives and handles excellent and stops great with firm brakes. All electrical aspects function properly including all lights, turn signals, horn and fans. The power steering and power brakes makes this truck drivable for the whole family. AC will need a recharge and a new belt but everything is there and it will function as new after the recharge.
Body is good and straight with a quality re-spray done recently. There are a few small dings here and there but no bondo was used to cover those up. Looks better this way in my opinion. The underside of this truck is amazing! Bone dry and has never been sprayed or coated with any paint or sealers. It's just as it came from the factory, and it's really hard to find a truck as rust-free as this one.
Interior is super clean with no rips or tears. It will need an updated stereo system if that's important to you. This truck has a clean title in my name and is currently registered.
Super low reserve for a truck of this quality. This is not a $25,000 show truck but a super clean and honest Southern California truck that makes an excellent driver and/or a local weekend car show winner. Reserve is set below the NADA Guide, Low Retail price.
