Description
Up for sale is my 2003 2.0 litre zetec mk1.5 focus, I have owned the car for 3 years now and I'm only selling as I now have a child and so have bought something a little bigger. So over the last 3 years it has only done 13000 mile in total it has 77427 on it. This particular shade of blue is very rare as found out it was primarily reserved for the Irish police. I have under taken routine maintenance on it, below is a list of work that has been done in the last 9-12 months: full service a/c service and Regas
Full clutch kit
New discs and pads all round
New tyres all round
Exhaust front pipe, stainless middle and rear box( nice rumble but not to loud)
Idle controls valve
Throttle position sensor
Crank case breather valve and pipes to manifold
Cam belt, water pump, tension era and aux belt ( cam belt now not due again for 10 years or another 1200000 miles)
I must stress that none of these items failed but as I have a touch of OCD I had them done.
The car sits on factory lowered springs and as such it sits lower than a focus St but not so low that it's silly, the ride is extremely comfortable and smooth with no knocks or bangs.
Inside the car it has a Bluetooth hands free head unit, updated speakers and a sub in the boot, the sub is matched to the rest of the system so is not over the top. I have also fited new hand brake and gear stick gaiter and an aluminium full quick shift gear lever which make the driving experience much nicer and a flock radio surround and instrument surround which sets it of a treat. I have even fitted ISO fix points in the passenger rear for baby seats.
As you can see from the pictures it's in a good clean condition apart from the dent in the boot caused by a truck driver not paying attention while reversing, fortunately some one stopped him before he do anymore damage, I have had it look at and it could be pulled out or have the boot lid replaced at around £150 it would be perfect again. This is a 12 year old car so obviously there are the odd few age related marks but come an take a look and you won't be disappointed
