Engine built by Cobra Automotive, CT, to 427CJ specs, with about 7k on engine and drive train. It has 427 low riser heads, 427 harmonic balancer, cast iron exhaust headers, with a mild cam. Just this past week added a new set of Holley FE Tri-Power Carbs. These carbs are designed to alleviate fuel slosh problems, which was inherent in the original design. They also have reinforced metering blocks, power valve blowout protection, and modern accelerator pumps. They also carry the correct part and list numbers stamped on them! Highly detailed engine compartment. Top Loader 4 speed trans with Hurst Shifter. New clutch also has about 7k miles. 3.56 rear. Manual disc brake conversion with dropped spindles. Recent front end work including all new ball joints and idler arm bushings. New u-joints, starter, water pump, aluminum radiator, tires, PS hoses. Drive anywhere with confidence. All exterior aluminum polished to show quality. Gorgeous paint (6 years old, minimal rust was cut out and replaced with metal. Still looks as good as the day it was done) with outstanding interior. Clear plastic seat covers, period-correct tachometer, and Torq Thrust Wheels for that nostalgic look. CD player mounted under dash, leaving original radio in place.
