2000 Ford Mustang Gt Convertible

Up for sale is a 2000 Ford Mustang Gt Convertible. This car has been a daily driver for the past 4 years. The miles on it are almost all highway. This is not currently running. The last time i had it fixed (sept 2016) i had the intake mmanifold replaced as it had split and antifreeze shot all over the engine. I had the manifold replaced and drove it home that night. I went out the next day and boght a new car and have not driven it since. I tried to recharge the battery and it would not take a charge strong enough for it to turn over. I am sellig this as is with no warranty. With that being said here are items i have replaced or fixed in the last year I drove it. Intake manifold, tuneup, oil changes every 5000 miles, coil packs, a rebuilt rear.
Now things that need to be fixed or replaced. Hood latch release(still works but plastic retainer broken), the top has started to split, driver side seat is torn, rust hole under parking break(still works but pain to put up and down). Damage around vehicle front bumper and rear bumper scratches. Hood is fine but is painted black, passenger side door is creased at bottom, driver window regulator needs to be replaced trunk and spoiler is pealing. I have tried to take pictures of everything.
