Description
Hyundai Terracan for sale. If you are familiar with these vehicles you will know just how good they are in terms of 4x4 capability, towing ability and general comfort. You get a good deal of car for your money with these - the last of Hyundai's proper 4x4's.
This car has all the usual features - climate control, electric windows, mirrors, radio/cd player, high / low box, tow bar. Recent tyres - all terrain.
I have owned this car since 2012. It has a comprehensive service history up to that point. After then, I have had it serviced and looked after by my mechanic friend which means that although there is no receipts to show, it has been thoroughly looked after with all issues attended to regardless of cost -
In 2014 the Fuel pump failed fouling 2 injectors and fuel system.
I had the fuel system flushed, new fuel pump fitted along with 4 new injectors (I didn't want to take a chance on the other two failing) - total cost £1800.
This issue is a common one with the Hyundai / Kia 2.9 Diesel engine and if you are looking for a Terracan or Kia Sedona it is worth asking if this issue has occurred.
The car now drives superbly with a great engine which has acres of torque. If you wish to tow a caravan, this will do so effortlessly.
There is a large scratch on the rear nearside bumper (pictured) which is my fault when I caught it on the fence. This is on the plastic bumper and is cosmetic.
Viewing is welcome but as I work shifts, it will have to be by appointment.
Selling as we need to cut down the number of cars we own as starting a new business. I shall be sorry to see her go.
