Brooke McClymonts Leyland 1974 Mini 2 Door Sedan 4 SP Manual

Heres a chance to buy a real piece of Australian Country Music History.
Its Brooke McClymonts very first car, a classic 1974 Leyland Mini 2 Door Sedan.
This little gem has sat in storage in Grafton since 2002 and was recently moved to a storage facility on the Nsw Central Coast and now Brooke has decided to sell it.
It has 188,937 genuine Kilometers on the clock.
After sitting for 12 years all it needed was a fresh tank of fuel a new filter and new battery it runs and idles, & its now ready for its new owner.
The Good Things:
1. It was repainted back in 2001 and the paint is in great condition with only one stone chip on the bonnet.
2. Motor Runs and idles
3. New Battery
4. New Fuel Filter
5. Interior is in good condition.
The Bad Things:
1. Needs Blue Slip & Registration
2. Needs a service Oil, Plugs & Leads
3. Needs Brakes overhauled
4. Needs Wiper Blades
5. Will need new tyres due to their age.
6. Front seats need re-trimming
7. Bumper Bars might need re-chroming.
Other than that this a great little car and much loved by Brooke, but sadly it needs a new home.
Car is in a storage facility located at Morisset on the Nsw Central Coast and will need to be towed due to no registration.
