Mercedes Benz slk200 kompressor convertible

I bought this when it was 5 years old when it had 41k miles. I increased the mileage significantly as I had an 80 mile round trip to work and so was averaging around 35k/year. The car was serviced appropriately for the mileage being done. For the past 5 years I have been doing less than 10k/year having reduced my round trip to work to 22 miles
The car has the usual cosmetic issues you would expect from an SLK of this age ie signs of rust around the wheel arches and boot catch, window seals occasionally leak in heavy rain. There are also a couple of scuffs on the bumper (See pics) and a few other bodywork blemishes BUT still has an excellent overall appearance. SLKs also suffer from flaking interior paintwork (see pic)
There are no warning lights on the dash, the gear box is a little noisy but other than that the car is in sound mechanical order
The automatic retracting roof works perfectly ensuring full enjoyment in the summer
