Thank you for taking an interest in this charming
1979 Mercedes-Benz SLC 450
VIN:10702412024912
Odometer is at 131,000 something but it has failed and no longer is tuning the current miles.
Everyday i expect the car to work flawlessly!
The car is super fun, extremely reliable and safe for a 70's vehicle.
The A/C and heater work exceptionally! Seriously freezing cold A/C.
Minor issues:
- could use a tune-up
- the power windows/sunroof works spotty (I believe the switches just need to be replaced, could be fuses?)
- It takes 5 mins for the car to warm up in the morning, I've been told this is completely normal.
-paint/clear coat is failing, mainly on the top facing surface of thecar (If you got a paint job this car would be the head turningqueen/king it really should be)
- Interior could eventually be restored seats have tears dash cracking and rear seat has been removed.
- Radio could be replaced.
Not perfect but not much at all to revive this one folks!
