Mercury : Grand Marquis LS Premium

I am selling this car for my parents who have no use for it anymore as they are getting older and don't drive much. My parents bought this car new in 2003 for over $40000CAN and are the only owner. The car has never been in any accidents and looks good for its age, and has a clear title/ownership. I will describe the car to the best of my ability to try and be as honest as I can.
The car has approximately 64,000kms/40000miles on it and runs ands drives very smooth and nice. There are no leaks from the engine or transmission. The car has newer tires and a brand new battery. For an 11yr old car I would say that it looks very good. The paint is in good condition, however it does have some minor scratches and chips from normal use, but nothing major. There is very little rust on the body of the car, which seems to be most present on the roof. This area is bubbling but has not rusted through and the paint is still there. The A/C does not blow cold and may have to be recharged or repaired. The power door locks work except for the drivers side front door which has to be closed manually, but still locks the door. Oddly enough the drivers front door does unlock with the use of the key fob. The interior is cloth and in overall excellent condition, is very clean and shows well, and the backseat has hardly ever been used.
