2003 Mercury Marauder

This car is a second owner, exceptionally clean, well kept future classic with only 15,400 miles (24,640 km) on it. It is factory stock with all original parts, never been winter driven, smoked in or involved in any accidents. It is extremely clean under the hood, as well as the underbody of the car itself. It has been undercoated when new to protect it from the elements. The 32 valve 4.6L V8 Intech engine provides 302 horsepower driving the rear wheels. The factory sound system is built by Pioneer and includes an AM/FM radio with cassette deck and CD player in the dash as well as a 6 CD changer in the trunk. It has been stored indoors year round and covered in the winter. Mobil 1 synthetic motor oil and premium fuel have been used consistently throughout its life. All equipment is in proper working order. I have all the original owners manual with the zippered case, the original window sticker,(as well as many other tags and documents collected at delivery such as vehicle info sheets, promotional items etc.) and a custom fit cover with the Marauder name on it. There were just over 11,000 of these cars built in Canada over their 2 year run, with roughly 10% of them remaining in Canada. This is one of the lowest mileage cleanest examples you are likely to find for sale. I have had all four doors professionally refinished simply due to the fact that I was not satisfied with the quality control of the factory paint. No damage had occurred, nor has their been any body work done. The doors were stripped of all trim and handles to allow the skin to be refinished as it would have been at the factory. I have asked associates of mine in the automotive industry for an unbiased rating on the condition of this car. They include dealership managers, paint and body repair specialists and paintless body repair professionals, all of whom agree that the car stands at 9 to 9.5 out of 10. The car retailed off the lot in Canada for $54,000 new, and remains in very near the same condition. If you live in the United States and are interested in purchasing the vehicle, I have already acquired a letter from Ford stating that the vehicle is FMVSS compliant that must be presented at the border to transfer it to U.S. ownership. I would be willing to drive it to border crossings at either Niagara Falls Ontario, Sarnia Ontario or Gananoque Ontario to assist with the sale. Pickup at that point would be your responsibility and require payment in full confirmed at the financial institution of my choice before the vehicle is released to you.
