2013 NISSAN QASHQAI +2 TEKNA IS DCI 4 WHITE 130HP DIESEL 4WD + £4000 extras!!!

Hi,
For sale is my Nissan Qashqai +2 Start/Stop 130HP Diesel 4WD in Polar white. Tekna as you already know is the highest spec you can get for this car. Comes with the 130HP diesel engine. The pictures were taken in haste and don't do the car justice and the car will be fully Valeted twice before sale once by the Car Valet and another by me. 2WD, AWD, 4WD is all up to you pleasure to drive using AWD in the Wet grips the road like its on rails. Extremely low miledge and taken care of like a house pet. Original Steering wheel has never been touched ( have always used a steering wheel cover )
This is what it comes with:

· Genuine Nissan Sunglasses case ( above interior passenger door ) ( Comes with the removed Genuine Nissan Passenger Handle as well )

· Genuine Nissan Chrome side door Moundings ( on bottom half of all 4 doors )
· Genuine Nissan Door sill entry Guards all 4 entry doors in brushed chrome.

· Genuine Nissan Qasqai + 2 Luxury Floor Mats in black
· Genuine Nissan Luxury Trunk Mat in black ( the Trunk Mat has been cut to allow the 6th and 7th seats to fold up otherwise you would have to completely remove trunk mat from car which seems pointless to me )
· Genuine Nissan Front Styling plate/Bumper protector ( comes primed sprayed in Polar white to match car )
· Genuine Nissan Rear Styling Plate/Bumper protector ( comes primed sprayed in Polar white to match car )
· Genuine Nissan Trunk Handle in Chrome

· Genuine Nissan Trunk sill protector in Brushed Chrome

· Genuine Nissan Front and Rear mudguards fitted ( helps keep car clean in wet/muddy conditions )
· All interior lights and footwell changed to LED white light as uses less battery for brighter light.
· Nissan Foglight Chrome Trim ( fitted this instead of Genuine Nissan as Nissan only do a Foglight rim surround )
· Nissan Side Running boards ( fitted these as they look nicer also have spare BMW style running/side board)
· Genuine Nissan Daytime Running Lights optional fitted at manufacture
· Uprated/Premium stub Aerial instead of the extra long wiry one.
· Extra 3rd Genuine Nissan Key for the car ( not cut or coded just in case you need it or lose one key)
· All 4 tyres treated with OKO puncture seal which seal punctures up to 7mm. Makes tyres run cooler, seals punctures on the go making the tyres ultimately run flat unless of course if you have side wall damage.
All the optional extras cost over £4000 including labour to fit. Car cost me over £31000 including all the extras 2 years ago.
· Space saving tyre, wheel locking nut, tool kit and quick inflation kit all present, Nissan instructions for all the extra fitted above also included and, Key code card, Stereo code card, Pan Europe assist card, Car Manual and Stereo Navigation Connect instructions in a Nissan Luxury Wallet ( optional extra ) all included.
· Parcel shelf present
· No Brake, Clutch, Transmission, wheel balancing, wheel alignment, electrical or mechanical problems nor are there any squeak or noises from the car either in idle or driving.
· 1 Year Road Tax only £120 and MOT not needed until 13/4/16. Nissan Pan Europe Roadside assist until 13/4/16.
Selling as I don’t get to use it much and have another 2 cars at home.
Comes also with Genuine Nissan Chrome mirror cover/caps, which I decided not to fit as I don’t think it would add aestically to the car. Also come with Genuine Nissan paint touch up kit in 2 small bottles and 4 New cans of Nissan Polar white paint and lacquer for the front and rear bumper protectors if they ever need sanding down and respraying. Also comes with another set of Running boards (BMW style if you want to fit it brand new unfitted )
Car has been washed by Hand only and vacuumed once a week every week since purchase at a cost of £1350/year and always parked in underground parking overnight engine has ever only has Super Diesel in it. Last serviced on 30/5/15. Standard 3 year paint warranty and 12 year anti corrosion warranty less the first 2 years I have owned the car. Nissan Pan European Roadside assistance follows the car expires until 13/4/2016, first MOT required on that date as well. I have been the first and only owner.
Car can be viewed in the Citibank Building car park in Canary Wharf which is where it is kept.
Will be immaculate for pick up, there will be zero dirt or dust Behind/Under all seats, under entire trunk and engine compartment will also be cleaned.
You won't find another Qashqai + 2 will the complete extra list especially the Genuine Daytime Running lights and in immaculate condition in the UK. The 1.6 dci diesel engine is the best diesel engine Nissan has much better and more refined than the underpowered 1.5 or the noisy 2.0 and I test drove those as well.
Is there anything I would add to the car? The only other accessories they have for the car is a rear spoiler, Tow bar, dog guard, roof rack all of which I don’t need. I would possibly get the latest 2015 Connect1 maps for the satellite navigation if you really want it they are around £80 on ebay.
