Description

1973 Porsche 914 - Total mileage unknown, but less than 2000mi on rebuilt engine.
Engine is a 2258cc stroker with all new internal parts: crank, pistons, cams, Etc. Original crank cases were used. Work done by Fat Performance in Orange, CA. Built sheet available upon request. Engine work done totaling around $16,000 including ceramic headers and 911 oil cooler. Transmission is original with a new clutch installed.
Dyno’s at 154 hp @5000rpm, Torque174ftlb @4000rpm. Dyno sheet available.
Some limited suspension work done. Adapted for 5 bolt Fuchs wheels. Nitto 205/50 R15 Tires.
Vehicle has been 90% rewired, during which an aftermarket A/C was removed. All holes were patched with new metal and welded before the car was painted. Removed aftermarket A/C components were kept and are included in sale. The front fender was modified to fit the receiver filter/dryer for the aftermarket A/C (see photos).
The rear trunk lid was replaced with a used lid that was painted along with the car. Included in the sale is an additional fiberglass rear trunk lid. Have the original lid that came with the car, was too rusted to use or repair.
European lights in the rear, all lights work.
Interior has been completely redone. Seats, Carpet, Headliner, Dash. All custom matching original style. Sony Head Unit installed in dash, but speakers have not yet been installed in the car.
Professionally repainted to original VIN paint code, including color matching the Tara Top.
Receipts have been kept for all work done on restoration.

This was project Father/Son project. Has been a great experience (we did all the stripping and rust removal) all other work by professionals. This is one hot car, yet has a daily driver idle. Great fun to drive, this one is special with the Fat Performance engine work.
