Here is a Seat Exeo - I'm guessing if you are reading this you know that this is a cosmetically re-worked Audi A4 with the better and up to date 2.0TDI Common rail diesel engine and a 6 speed gearbox. The last service was an engine flush and an oil and filter change with 507.00 long life oil done by myself upon purchase of the car. These cars have the long life oil change intervals using reduced soot (507.00) oil. The timing belt was done in November 2013 and these only require a belt every 4 years/130000 miles!!
As you have probably gathered from the above I have only had the car since late January. Since purchase I have been rather too busy to cover many miles and the majority were covered in the space of a week when my in-laws visited and we toured Scotland and the lakes. I hasten to add that they were enjoyable and trouble free (I must mention the cruise control here, something I could not understand people using however I now use it at every opportunity!!). My reason for selling is that along with hardly using the car -a number of projects on the go and the fact I work away- this is all to come to an end and my reward for this hard work is the fact that my wife and I are emigrating to a warmer climate. I contemplated taking the car with us but taxes/import duties, re-registering, etc,etc don't make this a viable option. The car itself has a few cosmetic scratches - see pictures, but is mechanically sound and as mentioned a pleasure to drive. I have not bothered sorting the scratches as I am not too bothered about a pristine vehicle, more about mechanical ability and it also means I am not too scared to leave it in car parks,etc which I find bothers me with new cars.
The car itself is standard (I think) apart from a witter tow bar. Upon purchase I immediately contacted the previously registered keeper and asked a lot of questions regarding the cars use. Most pleasing was the response that if it wasn't for his work telling him he needed to get a newer car (for insurance purposes) he would have liked to have kept the car. The garage I bought it from must have been a bit dodgy as he said he had sold it with an unused spare - upon inspection prior to above mentioned visit of in-laws it was found that it was a GM wheel which didnt even fit the stud pattern!! I have since replaced it with an Audi A4 alloy of the exact same dimensions as the official steel spare (205x55x16 if I remember rightly) but it has the same rolling circumference as the 17" 225x45x17 fitted. He also said there were a number of receipts but again upon questioning the garage, they were not forwarded on to me - although the service book is present.
The car is quite nippy to drive to and is great on motorways. As I said I wish I could take it with me, I really enjoy it. There is slight wear on the edge of the central armrest as you tend to lean on it like you would in a Rolls Royce, Again its quite weirdly something you find yourself using like the cruise control. The car has a USB input for the stereo. It also has lights and wipers that come on automatically, in fact I am now going to plaigerise a listing for the cars features:

The car is for sale for £4250 ono and is the cheapest (non cat C/D damaged) i have seen - search for yourself!! This price represents the fact it needs a bit of cosmetic touching up. The car will have a 12 month MOT as it is due on 10th July and I have no doubt it will pass. It has averaged over 45MPG and that is with a full complement of luggage and 4 adults on non-motorway A roads. The Tyres have plenty of life in them and I would hope first to see will buy - although I cannot help it if the first person is none to clever and doesn't!!!! :-)
