For Sale - 2008 ‘08’ plate VW Transporter T5 with 62,700 miles, fsh, recent cambelt change, 130 bhp remap & many more extras (No VAT!)
The van has covered just over 63,000 miles and has a full service history (the last service was in March 2014). The MOT and tax both run until November 2014. The cambelt & associated parts were replaced in November 2013 as part of the last MOT. There is only one previous owner on the van, with myself being the second owner. The van is also HPI clear.
There are 20” replica Range Rover ‘Stormer’ alloy wheels fitted to the van, these are free of any curbing and the tyres have plenty of life left in them. The van is fully colour coded with no dents, scratches or rust to the bodywork. I also have a black de-badged grille, chrome side bars, rear ‘lip’ spoiler, wind deflectors and roof bars fitted to the van giving it a modern, unique look.
The 1.9 tdi engine was re-mapped to 130 bhp by ‘Pembrokeshire Remapping’ at the start of the year, the performance & economy are now so much better than they were standard.
The rear of the van is completely carpeted (side panels, doors & floor) and I’ll also include a full size lino type floor which fits the rear of the van to keep the carpet clean. I have fitted rear seats which are collapsible & removable with one easy click and are on runners so they can move back and forth as required.
The front seats are in perfect condition but will also come with fully fitted, waterproof, black seat covers.
I have fitted a device (can’t remember the exact name) that sits behind the CD player to enable you to play music directly from your phone/iPod through a cable in the glove box to the CD changer.
I’m only selling the van as I have a child on the way and need money for a house deposit. Please note; the private plate has been removed for the sale.
