06 ACURA TL Florida CAR

This is a 06 Acura TL. It's a Florida car with no rust. New tires and has been serviced at the dealership regularly from all the records kept in the owners manual. The paint is not perfect with some chip and scratches, normal wear for a 06 model. It has only 122786 miles on it and the interior is nice. It has all the options including sunroof,6 disc changer,pw,pdl,cold ac,etc. The only thing wrong with this car is the transmission. It will move forward and reverse it has shifting problems. It will not hardly change gears. Had a P04310 code come up. But that's about all I can tell you about it. I'm no transmission person so if you are this might be a easy fix. All I can say is the trans fluid is clean and don't smell burnt. Car is being sold AS IS with a clear title. Just want to give someone that knows about these cars a nice car that might be an easy fix. Right to end auction early because the car is for sale locally.
