ALFA ROMEO 147 1.9JTDm Collezione Limited Edition of 500

Here we have for auction my wifes Alfa Romeo 147 1.9 JTDm Collezione. We have owned the car since October 2015 and was purchased from an Alfa Romeo specialist.
In summary the car is in very good condition below I will try and list as much detail as possible and rest assured 100% honest. The car does have Northern Island Registration plates, it was originally UK registered from new and plates can be changed to the previous UK registration.
Bodywork
Overall is great, there are no parking dents or scratches or any signs of rust, the paint metallic paint is very clear and still looks very fresh for the age of the vehicle. There are some stone chips here and there but do be expected. The rear spoiler is part of the Collezione special edition package as was factory fitted, in good condition no crack etc. Windscreen is in great condition and has not cracks of chips at all.
Wheels
These Wheels are part of the Collezione package and really add a sport feel to the car, they can be time consuming to clean but well worth it as the look amazing when clean. There is some curbing from the previous owner but very little and these marks have been touched in with colour matched paint making them hardly noticeable I promise you will not be disappointed with the look. All of the tyres are in great condition, the fronts have at least 7mm and the rears 6mm so 1000s of miles before change is required :-).
Interior
The car has a full leather Interior which is in fantastic condition as you can see from the pictures. The drivers seat is complete intact, with no holes rips or scratches, it a little shinny from use but there are products available to restore this to the original finish as seen on the rest of the seats. Steering wheel is in good shape and has controls for the stereo, the controls work just fine but I must admit that on occasion when using the volume increase button on the steering wheel it mutes the stereo but I think this is because the mute button is very close to it. Honestly this is a very intermittent issue. There are currently no floors mats and the car would really benefit from a set, the carpets are in good condition, but there is a small hole in the drivers side, but would been seen with a mat installed. All electrics work just as they should, there are no warning lights on the dash.
Mechanics
Mechanically the car is very sound, we have had some work done (see below) including repair of the one Advisory reported on the latest MOT. The only issues mechanically is the handbrake and just requires some adjustment. The car has covered currently 96742 miles (this will rise as the car is used daily), the engine is very strong and powerful, this is a quick car BUT easily delivers 70 to 75mpg!!! The fuel economy is outstanding. Clutch feels great and gear changes are very smooth, the paperwork with the car shows the clutch being replaced in 2012 including a new slave cylinder. No issues with the brakes and the car pull up nice and straight.
