Description
We have three boys and the eldest is nine and for the past three years this has been our family car (you can get 5 people in it). I have use it to go to and from work and its fantastic to drive. The engine is strong and its quite quick when the turbo kicks in. It has never let me down during that time but as with most cars it has had things done. For instance it has had the cam belt changed in the last three months and a few other things fixed which have been due to wear and tear. However its been very reliable. Its very comfortable and I do 70 miles round trip a day to and from work without any problems.
If I'm honest I'm reluctant to see it go as I still get a buzz out of driving it and its still has all the Alfa passion built in, It also still turns heads. However we have bought a bigger car for the family (as they now need more space) and therefore the Alfa has got to go.
I ran a couple of valuations on What Car and they said:
Dealer: £3250Private: £3015Part Exchange: £2960Trade: £2750Confused.com valuation:
Forecourt: £4260Private: £3260Trade-in: £2930Auction: £2710I'm going to set a starting bid of £2210 which is £500 below the lowest estimate.
